The smart app !

Cette app est géniale !

Constantly freezing

Good App, but this new version needs repair immediately, freezing all the time.

No sync to iphone

Stopped syncing to iPhone. That makes todo on both Mac and iPhone useless.

crashes all the time

cant seem to keep this app running for more than a couple of entries!!! bug fixes needed and fast

No more support? Hope that is temporary for this good app

Since the summer time/winter time change the support site does not work anymore, hope the apps do better. Wanted to raise a bug in dragging tasks from one project to another, where the time settings are copied from another task (not wanted). Too bad, should I look for another tool, hope the support prople wake up and continue their good work as I still love the app.

What a great app!

Truly outstanding! Helps me get organized. Would love push updates (apparently APL will not allow for now) and attaching docs. Great app for getting on top of things to do!

Good todo list (recommend it) - but two key features missing

Overall this is a good app. The UI is pretty simple/clean, looks professionally put together. The support for Mac, iPad , iPhone across the board is great. Too many todo apps stick you with a second class web solution on the desktop. Sync via their facility or drop box works well. Have been using it now for about 4 months . I tried several others (free and bought, web, mac, windows, ipad, iphone) before ending on this one. The UI is fast, responsive, obvious, and doesnt feel complicated and cluttered (another downside of many other todo apps). While being simple it is ironically quite rich in function lists, tags, checklists, projects - its just that its assembled into a simple ui. But there are two very critical missing features. (note : their web app has print - but its really needed in the mac app ) - Printing - Export Nits: - It can be tricky sometimes to click in the notes field to add more info - Need better control over what should or shouldnt be counted in the badge (e.g. I have a few lists that are not work, or for tracking other worked owed to me that I dont want t show up in the badge count - it gets depressing to have it all totaled :) ). Todo Tip: Ive switched to a simple list approach modeled after one of the top ways of handling emails. Basically your "next", and then two buckets one for small, one for bigger. And then a sometime (but wont cry if i dont get there). The small/big let me pick off based on time. And at start of week i do quick week ahead review, and a quick week in review at end (so i feel i accomplished something).

It is what Things should have been

Great value for the money. Integration with Toodledo works very well. Since I have given up on Things because of their inability to solve synchronization, I was using Web interface for Toodledo. This is a big improvement to the user experience. Thanks

At Last!

At last, a to-do app that does what I need it to do without overwhelming me with decisions to be made. Setting up the syncing with several Macs, iPhone and iPad was easy and quick. Adding tasks is easy and quick. Checking things off is easy and quick. I think Ive tried (and paid for)(and quit in frustration) every other to-do app going. I need syncing. I need easy and quick. I need sorting. I need to see whats next sometimes, and everything sometimes. I love this app!

Great, but lacks an important feature

I like Todo very much, especially its syncing feature. However, there is one key feature for me that it is lacking and it is driving me nuts. On all other similar software, you can drag and drop a link, an email, a file, a folder, to the notes section, and it creates a link to the link, email, file, folder. In Todo, there is no such feature. Yes, you can type the link yourself, but this is a huge pain for me, specially when I want to link to an email for example. I need to see the message id of the email and then link to it. This is a big minus for Todo and I hope that you include this feature in one of your future. Regarding the design, I like the design, but the list of the projects and todos is very blant and extremely plain. I love simple, but the projects and todos are not clearly separated (visually) from each other, so that creates a problem when you want to spot things easily. Otherwise, this is a wonderfuly software.

Still The Best

Ok, like many other reviewers of this application, I too have many ideas and wants and needs for and from this app. These include: - ability to add links to new tasks (i.e linking to emails, linking to websites, etc.) - a more elegant UI (e.g. splitting the list {projects} away from the All, Focus, Starred, Inbox) - a cleaner task viewer (i.e tasks that are schedualed at the same time are too jumbled together and cluttered for my liking) - a faster update from iCloud (dont get me wrong, it is GREAT!, I just wish it to be faster) - ability to add files etc. to tasks (may seem unimportant to some, but to others it can be a deal breaker) - ability to EMAIL lists (projects), contexts, tags, tasks, etc. to delegates - ability to share Todo lists with delegates - when the app is set to open on login there should be an option to HIDE the window on login! And much more if I had the time to write them all… But the point is not what this app doesnt have compared to other GTD (get things done) apps, but what it does have. And the one thing it has above all other apps in its genre is a great development and support team. I contacted the Appigo team a day ago begging them to add the ability to email and share lists with delegates, and within minutes had a response from a kind employee that my opinions were appreciated and would be looked into ASAP. Other emails that I have sent out to other GTD apps have been ignored on several occasions. Not to mention, apps like Things never seem to get an update more often than once every month to two months. Appigo has updates coming out for Todo on almost a bi-weekly basis. Also, the iCloud sync is just amazing. And is the main reason I switched back to using Todo from Things. The ability to use contexts is a MUST with GTD and the lists (projects) are required by anyone in my position where you want to store similar tasks together—apps such as Wunderlist just dont offer this functionality. So I give Todo 5 stars because if you remember that not every app will be perfect for everyone, you come to the conclusion that Todo pleases the most people with its functionality, abilities, customer relations and constant updates. But I believe Todo can be so much more. And I really hope they keep up the hard work.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I HAD a useful system of calendars on ToDo on my iPhone. I thought a desktop version would be useful. Big Disappointment. Sync merged all my tasks into Inbox on my iPhone and didnt take any to the desktop. Now I need to rebuild my calendars. I wish I could return the app and get my money back.

Great application

The update process was horrible. But the wait was VERY WELL worth it. The latest version is a amazing. Cant wait to see the next one. Keep up the awesome work.

Excellent!

This is an absolutely excellent TODO manager that syncs with all my IOS devices. Although Reminders is a nice addition to the Apple environment, TODO is a very powerful task/lists etc manager.

Solid App

Overall a great app for syncing across all devices, why on earth printing is disabled I have no idea… but one step at a time I guess right?

Could be Best of the Pack

Todo Pro taking both the Mac and iOS versions together is still probably the best overall task manager but this Mac component is in real need of a makeover and upgrade. I highly recommend the iOS (iPad and iPhone) version but suggest waiting for a newer version for Mac.

Crashes

Can’t even use the app right now. Want to create a new task? Crash. Want to check off a task? Crash. New project? Crash. Waste of 7 bucks. Will update my review when developer updates software, but right now experience is no good.

Great application

Todo is one of my essential apps and I use it across all devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, iMac). I’ve been using it for years and it’s an essential, reliable part of my daily workflow. I really like the current design and appreciate the regular updates.

What happened to Todo??

I have been using Todo on my iOS devices and my Macs for several years now and I really love it and one of the biggest reasons I love it is because it uses iCloud. Since the lastest Todo update iCloud is not working on the Mac app. Can you please fix this? It’s really annoying.

Crashes Often and lacks some basic functionality

I recently purchased Todo for Mac to better enable me to use the application across all my platforms (iphone and iPad) using iCloud. After installation, i have found that the application is somewhat of a dissappointment. It regularly crashes with the current shipping OS version, and lacks some very basic functionality, like being able to set the completion date and time of a task. It seems like this product was an afterthought, and needs some work. I would not recommend purchasing it, at this time, until it at least provides all the same functionality as the IOS counterpart, and is more stable.
