Been using this for years, I’m done

I got the iOS app several years ago and was impressed when it first came out. It was the first app I’d recommend people spend the money on as opposed to just getting free simpler ones.

I got the mac app more recently so I’d be able to manage things during the day on my laptop and switch to my phone in off work hours. I’ve only used the iCloud sync, but it’s horrible. I’ve put up with it long enough, and I’m done. It’s unpredictable, when it does sync tasks that were completed on the syncing device show up on the other as incomplete, and I’ve lost all my tasks at least twice. Maybe the other services sync better, but I’m not paying to upgrade when the experience so far has been so bad. Back when I got the ios app it was the best around, these days there are tons of options and this has lost me more time than it’s saved.

After years of work this company still can’t manage to reliably synchronize a list. Move on.
